At Topo Athletic, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear. If your shoes aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid UPS shipping label and print it directly from your browser or email.

• 3.
  Package Your Gear

  Place the unworn shoes in their original packaging and secure them inside a shipping box with the prepaid label attached to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized UPS location and keep your tracking number; your refund will be processed once our warehouse inspects the return.
